Lee-Anne's story:

Lee-Anne struggled with self-love issues since she was a little girl, thru her teenage years and even as a young adult and then again after having her two girls. Now as Lee-Anne is entering menopause years and separated after 22 years of marriage, she is faced with new challenges each given to her to help her grow, evolve and become the best version of herself. 


Lee-Anne can totally can relate to her own self love journey of discovering her own true authentic self and now she lives and breathes self-love every day.  


Lee-Anne was bullied as a young girl for looking different, she had the “I wasn’t prettier or good enough syndrome” and her belief in herself and the lack of love of her body was low. 


Overcoming these issues meant unblocking the negative self-limiting beliefs thru the years of her journey of self-discovery and transformation. She connected spiritually at a soul level and thru her own personal experiences this has now given her the wisdom to go out and empower and support other woman in the most nurturing, magical and heart felt way. 


What Lee-Anne has learnt is that nobody can love you first, you have to love yourself first. Looking for outside recognition and validation is just a cry for help from your own inner child who is craving attention and love. Part of this experience is connecting with her and really understanding what’s holding you back to be that incredible awesome amazing energised magnificent woman that you already are! 


What is self-love?

Is it just self-care as we think we know it like long walks on the beach, meditation, lots of sleep, hot baths, massages or pampering or even eating healthier?


NO – its way more than this. It’s about accepting every aspect of yourself – even those parts that you have suppressed or hidden from others. Accepting and loving all parts of you, the good, the bad and the ugly. Unapologetically accepting it all. Owning it and being you. 


Why do you need healthy self-love relationship?

In order to thrive and flourish in your life - if you lack self love, you can experience things like:

  • Addictions
  • Mental health issues
  • Self Sabotaging behaviours
  • No purpose
  • Feeling stuck
  • Abusive relationships


What does Self-love do?

  • Empowers you to set healthy boundaries in your relationships
  • Builds your confidence
  • Allows you to love yourself more so others can love you too


Benefits of Self Love Coaching

Self Love Coaching has various benefits such as:


  • Increased self-esteem and self-worth. With improved self-esteem, individuals experience greater confidence in their abilities and a greater sense of self-worth.

By learning how to be kind to oneself, individuals can become more accepting of their own unique qualities, which can lead to greater feelings of self-worth and self-esteem.


Getting to where you want to go. In order to achieve this transformation has to happen. You cannot expect to be doing the same things and get a different result. You have to change. It starts with you.

These are some questions as a regular self-love check-up

  1. What are your five or more best qualities?
  2. What achievements are you most proud of?
  3. What have you learnt from past mistakes?
  4. When did you last take a risk and what happened?
  5. Write a love letter to your body thanking it for all it does for you.
  6. How would the people you love describe you? – if you don’t know ask them
  7. What would you do differently if you knew you were already enough?
  8. What are your needs in a relationship?
  9. What does your dream life look like?
  10. What do you really need to be happy?
